60 Min Consultation INFORMATION
During our 30 min video consult we will work together to work through the specific exercise or movement that you requested when booking.
If it is making sure you are engaging your TVAs correctly we will check lying down, sitting and standing.

Before your call please download, print, fill out and send these documents back to me. 
By sending the photos first I will be able to assess your alignment from them and get a better idea of what we need check.

Information for your call
Because I will be wanting to see you doing some of the exercises you will need to be able to move your phone/tablet/laptop around. Please have some books or cushions to support your phone if needed. 

For the call, please make sure you are wearing clothes that are suitable to exercises in. For some things I will need to see your stomach and back so please wear a sports bra and leggings/shorts (have a top that is comfortable to pull up over this).

Please be courteous to others and allow at least 24hrs to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 
No shows will not be given a refund so please make sure you note your appt down - you will also be sent a reminder 24 hours beforehand.
